Senior Clinical Fellow, ST3+ equivalent

Applications are invited for a Senior Clinical Fellow, ST3+ equivalent, to join an innovative team dedicated to Dermatology.

The post is for 12 months. The post is to cover maternity and a service need designed to offer a doctor further experience in dermatology.

Location

This post is based at the NNUHFT and Cromer Hospital. However, you may be asked to work at other sites as we are in partnership.

Team

The NNUH Dermatology team includes 17 substantive consultants, 3 nurse consultants, and 3 locum consultants.

Equal Opportunities

We welcome all applications irrespective of age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, race, or religion. Additionally, people with disabilities will be offered an interview providing they meet the minimum criteria for the post. The Trust operates job share and flexible working.

Duties

The post involves 10 sessions of which 6-7 will be outpatient clinics. These clinics vary from general dermatology, skin cancer clinics, minor surgery, and specialist clinics. Dermatology does not have dedicated inpatient beds, but dermatology patients may be on other wards. The duties of the Clinical Fellow post also include working with the Core trainees in looking after inpatients. The clinical fellows are on a regular on-call/acute dermatology rota along with the ST3+ resident doctors (once a week frequency usually) holding the emergency phone between 8am-6pm (weekdays), dealing with calls from GPs, ward patients, and A&E.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
