Senior Clinical Fellows in Plastic Surgery
We are actively looking for Senior Clinical Fellows in Plastic Surgery to join the SpR rota at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust for fixed term periods from October 2026.
The post is based at both the Charing Cross and St Mary’s sites and will provide a wide range of experience. The Department specializes in:
- Microsurgical reconstruction
- Head and neck reconstruction
- Breast reconstruction
- Extremity reconstruction
The Department also supports the Trust’s Level 1 Major Trauma Centre at St Mary’s Hospital. The Department is responsible for the care of general Plastic Surgery patients with an emphasis on tertiary referrals and undertakes between 200-250 free flaps per year.
This is not a formally approved training post, but the post holder will have Consultant-led education and supervision and will be supported in their professional development. Applicants must possess the MRCS or equivalent exam.

Requirements
- The successful applicant must have NHS experience and experience in Plastic Surgery at Registrar level.
- Applicants must be currently registered and licensed with the General Medical Council.
