Senior Clinical Fellow - Fixed Term
Overview
The General Surgery/Breast department is looking to recruit a Senior Clinical Fellow for a fixed-term 6 months contract from 7/10/2026 to 6/4/2027.
Role Description
The remit of the post holder will be to work within the multi-disciplinary team providing and further developing care for surgery patients and to provide and develop services for King’s surgical patients. In addition, the individual will be required to play an active role in the general workload of the department.
- Support General Surgery and Breast with day on-call commitment supporting Emergency care, ITU, wards as well as supporting the management of the elective service.
- Contribute and participate in the department’s ongoing clinical audit programme.
- Carry out all necessary administrative duties associated with the care of their patients.

General Duties
- Support the health, safety, and wellbeing of work colleagues, visitors, and patients within the hospital.

- Maintain strict confidentiality of personal information relating to patients and staff.
- Be responsible for their own personal development and contribute to the development of colleagues.
