Our Mindworks East Hub (covering the East of Surrey with bases in Leatherhead and Redhill) is a highly supportive, friendly, and innovative service. Guided by the i-THRIVE framework, we focus on providing Getting More Help and Risk Support to children and young people. As Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping care delivery, ensuring high standards of practice, and fostering collaboration across the multidisciplinary team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Professional registration with NMC
  • Significant experience working with children and young people under 18.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • A commitment to innovation, collaboration, and delivering excellent outcomes.

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to provide leadership and management support within our Mindworks East Hub. This is a dynamic and varied role, offering the opportunity to make a real impact on the delivery of care across the locality.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Assist with providing overall leadership and management support to the East Mindworks Hub
  • Supervising and guiding colleagues to ensure high standards of clinical practice.
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships across services in Surrey.
  • Working in close partnership with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) and senior leadership to deliver integrated, patient-focused care.
  • Manage a caseload of young people for assessment, interventions and supporting the Duty system.

  • Proven experience in managing and supervising clinical teams.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across services and disciplines.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care through partnership and innovation.
