Our Mission

Our mission at Sciensus is simple: to give patients control of their health through knowledge, choice, convenience and connection.

About the Role

To help us be successful in our mission, we are looking for a Senior Clinical Services Manager to join our Scotland & Northern Ireland Team.

40 hours per week / Field-Based / Perm Contract

As our Senior Clinical Services Manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient outcomes, leading high-performing clinical teams, and driving operational excellence across the region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a registered healthcare professional who thrives in a leadership role, is passionate about patient-centred care, and enjoys building strong partnerships across healthcare systems.

You'll provide leadership to multidisciplinary clinical teams working across multiple locations and community settings throughout Scotland and Northern Ireland. You'll be responsible for ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality service delivery while supporting business growth, operational performance, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence.

This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with internal stakeholders, NHS partners, regulators, and operational teams to ensure patients receive the very best care possible.

This role covers Scotland and Northern Ireland and involves a combination of field, site-based, and home working. Regular regional travel is required, with the expectation of being present within each region at least once a month to fulfil operational and regulatory responsibilities.

What's in it for you?

This is an opportunity to shape the future of patient care across Scotland and Northern Ireland while leading a large, geographically diverse clinical workforce.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
