Job Summary
We are looking for four enthusiastic, motivated, and caring Senior Clinical Support Workers to join our supportive teams across the three Orthopaedic Wards at Leeds General Infirmary (L9, L34, and L35).
This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your career and become part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients throughout their orthopaedic and surgical journey.
As a Senior Clinical Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing safe, effective, and patient-centred care across all stages of the patient pathway. You will also support the day-to-day supervision and development of Band 2 Clinical Support Workers and learners, helping to enhance the quality of care and patient experience across our wards.

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant or Clinical Support Worker who is ready to progress into a Band 3 role and develop their leadership skills. The successful candidate will be supported to complete training and achieve competency in venepuncture and cannulation within three months of appointment.
