Job Opportunity for Registered Nurses, Social Workers, and Allied Health Professionals
This is an exciting opportunity for registered Nurses, Social Workers, and Allied Health Professionals to join the Trust Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services Tri-Borough Single Point of Access (SPoA), covering Barnet, Enfield and Haringey. This post will primarily be based in Haringey
About the Role
The post holder will be based within the SPoA service and will work across the referral pre-screening and triage function and the Initial Assessment pathway. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that referrals are reviewed promptly, allocated appropriately, and discussed within multidisciplinary team meetings where required. They will support the delivery of a seamless referral process, ensuring that young people are either directed into the most appropriate clinical pathway or discharged from the service when indicated.
The role includes oversight of the administrative and clinical processes associated with assessment and discharge, ensuring that IA care plan letters, discharge notifications, and all relevant documentation are completed accurately and shared with young people and their families in a timely manner.

- Offer supervision and appropriate level of senior clinical oversight for a range of bandings within the team.
- Support specialist ND triage advice, guidance, and support for CYP, their families, and other professionals working with CYP.
- Provide therapeutic interventions with an opportunity to lead and develop new interventions at the front door, as well as deputy leadership and management functions as and when necessary, as part of the SPOA leadership team.
- Assist in implementing and reviewing systems, policies, standards, and procedures that contribute to the delivery of high-quality service within the frameworks agreed by the Trust and the Commissioners.
Requirements
We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated clinicians with a passion for working with Children and Young People (CYP), their families/carers. Applicants should have an interest in supporting CYP presenting with a wide range of complex mental health needs. The successful post holder will work within a balanced job plan that incorporates both clinical leadership and clinical intervention.

Working Conditions
In order to meet the needs of the Trust, you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work. This may mean that you are required to work at any location that falls under Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey, or Islington. The Trust reserves the right to require staff to work at such other places or locations as it considers reasonable and necessary on a temporary or permanent basis.
