You will lead the design, implementation, and adoption of resilient enterprise open-source solutions and large-scale container platforms. Combining technical execution with business strategy, you will support the deployment pipelines, mentor client teams, and drive open-source technology adoption across hybrid work environments.
What You Will Do
- Lead complex consulting engagements from scoping to hands-on deployment, building enterprise solutions using Red Hat OpenShift, Ansible, and RHEL.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, running workshops, training teams, and embedding DevOps, GitOps, and automation best practices.
- Build and optimise automated deployment pipelines, continuous integration workflows, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) for modern container clusters.
- Partner with Project Managers to define technical scope, mitigate delivery risks, and present technical findings to varied audiences.

- Master emerging technologies (e.g., AI/MLOps) rapidly and actively contribute lessons learned to internal communities of practice.
What You Will Bring

- Strong foundation in Linux system administration (preferably RHEL) alongside public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, or IaC expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform for enterprise IT automation and configuration management.
- Track record in customer-facing consulting, operations, or technical delivery, with exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn rapidly, self-direct, and collaborate effectively within matrixed project teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
