Senior Cloud Engineer
Summary
As a Senior Cloud Engineer in the Technology / IT / Internet industry, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions that drive our business forward. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our cloud infrastructure. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-based solutions to support business applications and services.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement cloud architecture strategies.
- Automate cloud operations and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Monitor cloud environments to ensure security compliance and address vulnerabilities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in cloud computing.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and infrastructure management.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Python).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
