Job Title: Senior Cloud-Native Engineer

Work mode: Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite
Job Details:
We’re looking to augment our engineering team to support the build-out of our Finance AI capability.
At this stage, we’re not looking for AI researchers or consultants to define the strategy. We have a clear architectural direction and product roadmap in place. What we need are experienced engineers who can help us execute against that vision.
We’re primarily looking for senior cloud-native software engineers with 10+ years’ engineering experience building modern enterprise platforms. The ideal candidates will have strong engineering fundamentals across areas such as:

- Python backend
- React Front end
- Experience with integrating with AI LLM gateways, LongChain and Google ADK
- Java and/or Python
- Cloud-native application development
- Kubernetes
- Microservices and APIs
- Event-driven architecture
- CI/CD and DevOps practices
Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications would be highly desirable, including areas such as LLM integration, RAG, AI orchestration or agent frameworks, but this should complement strong engineering capability rather than replace it.

We’re looking for engineers who are comfortable working as part of an existing product and engineering team, following our technical direction, engineering standards and delivery approach, while contributing ideas and challenging where appropriate. The emphasis is on building and engineering excellence rather than consulting.
