Senior Cluster Revenue Manager

Working within a shared revenue support model, the Senior Cluster Revenue Manager supports General Managers across a portfolio of properties to hit revenue and EBITDA targets and outperform competitor set. This is delivered through ongoing performance guidance to GMs and the wider commercial team, daily application of revenue management technique to maximise top and bottom line, and ownership of key strategic projects within the revenue function. The role holder has developed specialist expertise in specific areas and coaches new starters on them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, document and lead revenue strategies for an assigned property cluster across room type, segment and lead time, and closely monitor execution
  • Set rate grids per property and review daily to ensure bookings align with minimum rates by segment and season, including compliance checks (e.g. staff bookings)
  • Maximise room revenue through business mix optimisation and rate strategy
  • Continuously test and learn — trial new approaches, assess impact, iterate
  • Monitor and control RMS set-up and reporting accuracy (room supplements, special events, overbookings, etc.)
  • Manage distribution changes for the portfolio directly in OTA extranets
  • Produce monthly forecasts by property/month/segment, monitor performance against expectations, flag deviations and take corrective action
  • Deliver weekly, monthly and annual reports (plus ad hoc reporting) to the commercial team to agree performance and action plans
  • Support the Director on strategic, high-impact top-line projects
  • Champion best practice in a specific area on behalf of the team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
