An established organisation operating within the Energy Trading sector is seeking a Senior Software Developer (.NET / Angular) to join its engineering team in London. This is an opportunity to take ownership of enterprise-scale applications and distributed platforms, working on technically challenging software while influencing architecture, engineering best practices and the ongoing evolution of a modern cloud-first technology estate.
The Senior Software Developer (.NET / Angular) Role
As a Senior Software Developer (.NET / Angular), you'll play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise-scale software that underpins a complex, business-critical technology estate. Working across modern.NET services and Angular applications, you'll develop scalable, resilient solutions that handle high volumes of data while driving performance, reliability and maintainability across the platform.

- Expert commercial experience developing enterprise applications using C#/.NET.
- Extensive commercial Angular experience, building modern, responsive frontend applications.
- Experience designing and building applications that process high volumes of real-time or low-latency data.
- Strong experience building scalable, data-heavy distributed applications.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL or Oracle.
- Experience with Docker, observability, automated testing, SOLID principles and modern engineering practices.
- Experience mentoring developers, reviewing code and influencing technical direction.
- Exposure to Kafka, Kubernetes, Terraform or Azure DevOps would be highly advantageous.
