About Lovey

Lovey is a leading UK online finance broker and lender, dedicated to helping SMEs access fast, flexible funding. Since 2016, we’ve supported thousands of businesses through our technology-driven platform and customer-first approach.

We’re proud to be one of the UK’s fastest-growing finance companies, a certified Great Place to Work, and to hold an outstanding 4.9★ Trustpilot rating. As we continue to scale, we’re expanding our high-performing collections team and are looking for an experienced Senior Collections Advisor to join us.

The Role – Senior Collections Advisor

We are looking for an experienced, driven and target-focused Senior Collections Advisor to join our fast-paced, high-energy team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced collections professional who is confident managing a portfolio of accounts, handling more complex cases and using strong negotiation skills to achieve positive recovery outcomes.

You’ll take ownership of your own portfolio of B2B arrears accounts, working directly with business customers to recover outstanding balances and agree repayment solutions. You’ll also be expected to support the wider collections team, share your experience and help maintain high standards across the function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
