Role Description
The Senior Colorist role is a full-time, on-site position based at our London salon. The Senior Colorist will provide advanced color consultations, design personalized color solutions, and execute complex color techniques, including corrections and transformations. Daily responsibilities include assessing hair condition, recommending appropriate treatments, collaborating with stylists on complete looks, and maintaining high standards of client care and service. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, staying current with industry trends and products, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming workspace.

- Strong skills and experience in Hair Coloring, including advanced techniques and color correction.
- Professional background in Cosmetology and Hair Care, with a deep understanding of hair health and treatment options.
- Proficiency in Hair Cutting to complement color services and support complete client transformations.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and best practices in premium salon environments.
- Recognized cosmetology qualification or equivalent, with significant experience in high-end or luxury salons.
- Excellent communication and client consultation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to hygiene and safety standards, and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Flexibility to work salon hours, including weekends, and willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
