CPL are partnering with a successful and well-established organisation to recruit a Senior Commercial Analyst / Finance Business Partner. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a high-impact role offering exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence key business decisions.
Operating in a fast-paced and commercially focused environment, our client is continuing to invest in growth, innovation, and data-driven decision making. They are looking for an analytical finance professional who can turn complex data into meaningful insight and help shape business performance.

What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams, you will:
- Analyse revenue, margins, profitability, and key performance drivers.
- Provide commercial insight to support pricing, investment, and strategic decision-making.
- Deliver customer, product, channel, and campaign performance analysis.
- Build forecasts, financial models, and scenario plans.
- Produce dashboards and management information that support business decisions.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for performance improvement.
- Present clear, actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted business partner, influencing and challenging where appropriate.

About You
You'll have:
- Experience within Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, or Operational teams.
- A strong understanding of margins, profitability, and commercial performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The confidence to challenge and influence senior decision-makers.
