The firm
A leading UK law firm are seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their office in London.

Role
You will join a market-leading team and lead on high-value commercial projects across a range of sectors including Retail, Food & Drink, Sport, Leisure and Logistics, and support clients on regulatory compliance e.g. consumer. Work will involve the following:

  • supply arrangements
  • commercial joint ventures
  • collaboration and partnering arrangements
  • sale and purchase terms and conditions
  • distribution and agency
  • logistics and warehousing
  • consumer contracts
  • services agreements

You will also have the opportunity to help shape client relationships, mentor junior colleagues and play an active role in business development.

Candidate
Please apply if you have a minimum of 6 years PQE in commercial contracts within a recognised practice. You must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer.

  • Strong experience advising on commercial agreements (knowledge of IP, data protection and consumer regulation is helpful, but not essential).
  • Ability to manage complex projects, draft and negotiate confidently, and work directly with senior stakeholders.
