Senior Commercial Contracts Solicitor - 6-month Contract

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known Local authority based in West Yorkshire. They are seeking a Senior Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join their team on a 6-month contract basis.

If you have experience in Commercial Contracts and Procurement Law and are looking for a new challenge, then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This role pays a competitive rate of:

  • Umbrella rate - £65-£70 per hour depending on experience
  • PAYE (Inc. Hol) - £57.68 - £62.07 per hour

This role is on a contract basis for 6 months but has potential to extend and is FULLY REMOTE.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Commercial Contracts Solicitor, you will:

  • Manage a varied and complex caseload of commercial contracts and procurement matters.
  • Provide high-quality legal advice and support to internal departments, senior officers, and stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements and contracts.
  • Advise on procurement processes, contractual arrangements, and associated legal risks.
