Senior Commercial Counsel (6-Month Contract)
Location: UK-wide (remote/hybrid)
Duration: Initial 6-month contract with potential extension
A leading global organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Counsel to provide cover during a period of transition. This is a high-profile role supporting complex commercial matters across an international business.
Key Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 8-10+ years PQE.
- Training from a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or equivalent top-tier law firm.
- Significant in-house experience within a large global organisation.
- Strong commercial contracting, negotiation, and stakeholder management expertise.
- Ability to provide pragmatic, risk-based advice to senior leadership.
- Experience handling complex, cross-border commercial arrangements.
