Head of Revenue / Commercial Director
Up to £100,000 + Bonus (up to £120,000+)
London (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)
Our client is exclusively working with us on a very exciting, new role. This company is an established and ambitious digital media business undergoing an exciting commercial transformation. With highly engaged owned audiences and trusted content brands, they're creating new revenue streams through sponsorships, data products, newsletters and strategic partnerships, offering a rare opportunity to shape the future of a growing media portfolio.
The Opportunity
- Lead the commercial transformation of an established portfolio, building entirely new audience-led revenue streams.
- Setting up 5 new revenue streams with existing 1st party data!!
- Manage a team while remaining hands-on with pricing, packaging, sales strategy and key commercial opportunities.
- Sell innovative media solutions including sponsorships, newsletters, content partnerships, licensing and data products.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to launch new commercial propositions and maximise long-term revenue growth.
- Exceptional earning potential, with quarterly commission opportunities and uncapped OTE rewarding high performance.

Responsibilities
- Own the commercial strategy and revenue performance across multiple media products and audience channels.
- Develop new sponsorship, licensing and partnership opportunities for B2B and B2C clients.
- Build commercial packages using first-party audience data and content-led solutions.
- Lead, coach and develop a growing commercial team while supporting major client negotiations.
- Work cross-functionally with editorial, product and commercial teams to bring new revenue ideas to market.
- Monitor pipeline, pricing and commercial performance to maximise profitability.
Your Profile
- A background in saas, lead generation, or marketing technology
- An understanding of monetising 1st part data and ability to create those revenue streams from scratch
- Proven experience selling media, sponsorship, content or audience-led commercial solutions.
- Strong leadership experience with a collaborative, entrepreneurial approach.
- Commercially minded with experience building new revenue streams, not just managing existing ones.
- Comfortable selling consultatively to senior stakeholders and influencing internally.
- Background within publishers, lead generation, media, marketing or audience-driven businesses.
- Strategic thinker who enjoys combining innovation with hands-on commercial execution.
