With ambitious growth plans and strong market momentum, they are looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner to work closely with the CFO and senior leadership team, driving performance and supporting key strategic initiatives.
Description
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage budgets and forecasts effectively.
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the preparation of detailed financial reports and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships across the business.
- Assist in identifying cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies.
- Contribute to the financial planning and analysis process.

Profile
A successful Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner should have:
- A strong background in accounting or finance.
- Proven experience in financial analysis and business partnering.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to interpret complex financial data and present actionable insights.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Relevant professional qualifications, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
