Our client is a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business based in Peterborough, operating within a highly commercial and customer-focused environment. With ambitious growth plans and strong market momentum, they are looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner to work closely with the CFO and senior leadership team, driving performance and supporting key strategic initiatives.

Description

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage budgets and forecasts effectively.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the preparation of detailed financial reports and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships across the business.
  • Assist in identifying cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies.
  • Contribute to the financial planning and analysis process.

Profile

A successful Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A strong background in accounting or finance.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and business partnering.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to interpret complex financial data and present actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Relevant professional qualifications, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
