Core3 is delighted to be working with an ambitious and growing organisation to recruit a Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner to join its finance team.

The client is specifically looking for someone with the technical foundation and stakeholder experience that comes from a Big 4 training background. Whether you're an Audit Manager, Senior Manager (or above) ready to make your first move into industry, or you've already transitioned into a commercial finance role and are looking for your next challenge, this role offers genuine exposure to senior decision-makers and the opportunity to influence business performance.
How you'll make an impact
- Partner with senior business leaders, providing commercial challenge and financial insight
- Analyse business performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and support growth
- Deliver financial modelling to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business cases
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities for your business areas
- Translate complex financial information into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Challenge assumptions and influence commercial decision-making across the business
- Support pricing, investment, and commercial strategy through robust financial analysis
- Drive improvements in reporting, planning, and financial processes
- Build trusted relationships across the organisation, becoming a valued commercial adviser
- Contribute to wider finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

Why you're a great fit
- ACA qualified with training gained in a Big 4 accountancy practice - this is an essential requirement
- Currently an Audit Manager, Senior Manager, or equivalent within a Big 4 firm, or already working in industry following a move from Big 4
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with the ability to apply it in a commercial environment
- Experience working with, presenting to, and influencing senior stakeholders

What you'll get in return
As Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner, you'll join a business where finance plays a central role in shaping commercial strategy and business performance.
- £75,000-£85,000 salary
- Performance-related bonus
- Hybrid working, with 2 days per week in the Bristol office
