Senior Commercial Finance Manager - £90-95k - Central London (4 days in the office)
We're partnering with a leading international investor-backed infrastructure and energy business undergoing a period of significant growth. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-profile finance team supporting investment, expansion and strategic decision-making within a fast-growing renewable energy platform.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll play a key role in shaping the finance agenda, providing commercial insight, supporting growth initiatives and partnering with senior stakeholders across the business. The role offers excellent exposure to project finance, acquisitions, investment analysis and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis activities.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide commercial insight and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead finance workstreams on acquisitions, investments and other strategic transactions.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning across operational and development projects.
- Develop financial models to support valuation, funding and capital allocation decisions.
- Drive process improvement, automation and technology-led enhancements across finance.
About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong post-qualification experience within a commercial finance, FP&A or strategic finance role.
- Experience operating at Senior Manager level within a complex organisation.
- Background in infrastructure, project finance, renewable energy, M&A or another capital-intensive sector.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability.
- Confident influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders.

- Renewable energy or energy transition sector exposure.
- Investor-backed, private capital or portfolio company environment.
- Financing transactions and lender engagement.
- Finance transformation, automation or AI-driven process improvement initiatives.
