We are currently partnering with a highly regarded and hugely successful international retail and ecommerce brand
As a result of ongoing investment into the strategic direction of the business, they are now seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Commercial Finance Manager. Working as part of a passionate, high calibre London based finance team - the successful post holder will have an opportunity to really add value from a commercial perspective and act as a true business partner to the group.
Reporting directly into senior leadership, this is an incredibly 'meaty' and broad commercially focused finance position.
A proven track record of success within commercial finance, with clear examples of where you have truly influenced and driven strategic decision making will be critical from all applicants.

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join the group, which is in a position to invest in key commercial areas.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
- Management of a team of 4, including those at analyst and manager level
- Provision of high level insights to support continued and improved commercial and operational performance
- Built successful partnerships across key non-finance areas in support of positive commercial decision making
- Drive forecasting, planning, budgeting and relevant analysis for key non-finance divisions
- Highlight key variance in regards to actuals and performance
- Identify relevant commercial risks and opportunities on an ongoing basis
- Produce detailed financial modelling & analysis on an ongoing basis to support strategic projects and new commercial initiatives

We are experienced commercial business partners and senior managers who can truly add value here.
A strong academic record; formal accountancy qualification as well as a minimum of 6 years upwards relevant commercial finance/ financial planning experience is critical.
We have a hugely competitive salary plus excellent bonus + bens on offer here as well as a flexible, hybrid working arrangements (2 days required in the office).
Sector experience gained across retail/ ecommerce/ FMCG/ or multi-site sectors is also essential.
