Senior Commercial Finance Manager Leading Consumer Business Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + Bonus + Benefits Central London offices – Hybrid working
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded finance professional to join a well known and successful consumer business in a highly visible role. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis, commercial business partnering and robust financial planning.
This is a broad role offering exposure across Commercial Finance, FP&A and Business Partnering, with responsibility for driving performance, supporting investment decisions and influencing business strategy.
The Role
Working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance and the wider business, you'll provide meaningful financial insight to support commercial decision-making and business performance. You'll take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes while partnering with key functions to identify opportunities, challenge performance and deliver value across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Business partner with senior stakeholders to support commercial decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
- Deliver monthly reporting, financial analysis and performance insights.
- Build financial models, business cases and scenario analysis.
- Analyse business performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Support pricing, investment decisions and commercial initiatives.
- Prepare Board reporting and present financial insights to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvements across reporting, planning and financial processes.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to support business performance.
- Collaborate across Finance and the wider business on strategic projects.

About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Experience within a consumer-facing business is essential.
- Experience within Commercial Finance, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience using ERP and reporting systems.
- Able to translate financial data into clear commercial recommendations.
