Behind every great decision is great insight. We're looking for a commercially minded finance leader who can turn complex data into clear recommendations, influence senior stakeholders and help shape the future of one of the UK's most recognisable brands.
As our Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you'll partner with senior leaders across Marketing, Digital and Commercial teams, providing the financial insight, challenge and strategic support that drives business performance. From evaluating major investment opportunities to analysing the effectiveness of promotional activity, you'll play a key role in helping us make smarter decisions, faster.

What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who can balance strong technical expertise with outstanding stakeholder management.
You'll have:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong commercial finance experience in a business partnering role.
- Advanced financial modelling, forecasting and scenario planning skills.
- Experience evaluating investment cases, business performance and return on investment.
- The ability to communicate complex financial information in a simple, engaging way.
- Experience building trusted relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial judgement and confidence operating in an environment with competing priorities.
- Previous people management experience, with a passion for developing others.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

What You'll Be Doing
As Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you'll:
- Partner with Commercial, Digital and Marketing teams to provide financial insight and decision support.
- Develop complex financial models and scenario analysis to assess performance, opportunities and risks.
- Build investment cases and evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and commercial planning activities.
- Lead post-investment reviews and promotional performance analysis to identify learning and improve future results.
- Provide financial support for key business projects and growth initiatives.
- Present recommendations and insights to senior leaders and franchise stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted adviser, challenging assumptions and driving commercially sound decisions.
- Support the Head of Finance when required and help maintain continuity across the function.
- Line manage and develop a Commercial Finance Analyst, helping them grow their capability and confidence.
