An exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised entertainment business in London during a transformative period of growth and evolution. The role sits at the intersection of FP&A and commercial finance, partnering with senior leaders across business units to drive performance, shape investment decisions, and enhance strategic planning. This is a unique opportunity to influence strategy, partner with highly creative teams, and play a key role in building a best-in-class commercial finance function.

  • Partner with Production/Studio teams and functional leadership teams to provide commercial insight, challenge decision-making, and support strategic investment and resource allocation.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, delivering actionable analysis, performance reporting, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Evaluate business cases, growth opportunities, and key commercial initiatives, helping to maximize value and optimize investment decisions.
  • Drive improvements in financial planning, reporting, and decision-support capabilities to create a more forward-looking, data-driven finance function.
  • Build strong relationships across creative, operational, and executive teams, influencing outcomes through trusted business partnering.
  • Support the evolution of the commercial finance function, championing best practice, continuous improvement, and the development of high-performing finance talent.

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with relevant post-qualified experience in a similar role.
  • Strong FP&A and commercial finance experience with proven business partnering experience in challenging and influencing decision making.
  • Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Track record of driving change and process improvement.
  • Prior experience in music, media, entertainment, gaming, or other fast-paced industries is highly advantageous.
