Ready to take your career global? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Finance Manager/Partner to join our ever evolving team and help shape the future of global commerce.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Enterprise Finance Partner Team at Worldpay, within a high profile role partnering both the North America commercial team and the wider new business/sales organization, to support the overall achievement of financials goals/growth expectations. This role should act as the translator between Finance and the business; being able to effectively communicate through all layers of management, whilst delivering actionable insight and challenge to all stakeholders involved. This role will also play a pivotal role on the commercial leadership team ensuring finance are involved in all relevant decisions.
What you will own:
- Lead Finance Partner to North America region ($1.1BN Revenue) and wider sales organization across the Enterprise business
- Ownership of the commercial finance forecast/analytics for the North America business and sales organization
- Influencing key business decision and outcomes. Providing critique and challenge plans on Market Expansion, RFPs, and strategic directions of our tier one accounts
- Leveraging financial background to support and influence key regional decisions
- Lead strategic and financial planning processes (e.g., Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, Annual Budget, Forecasts, etc.) – leading on the monthly new business forecast process
- Provide meaningful executive level analysis of business performance and insightful supporting commentary
- Develop and monitor KPIs, and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders
- Commercially analyze current portfolio performance, identifying opportunities for growth
- Investment analysis and appraisals to support growth expectations
- Continuously considering opportunities for optimisation
- Become a trusted partner to the business
- Leadership of 2-3 finance partners/analysts

What you bring:
- Qualified Accountant with 7+ years experience in a Commercial Finance function
- Experience in leading a small team with the desire to ultimately lead a larger team/function
- Strong financial modelling and commercial acumen with ability to evaluate financial impact of business decisions.
- Commercial acumen with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships
- Strong focus on ‘problem solving’ and ownership to drive results
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint, strong presentation skills
- Experience within Payments/Fintech industry preferable
- Organised self-starter, with drive and ambition who thrives under pressure, and is capable of confidently working alongside the most senior stakeholders across the wider business.
- Attention to detail, commitment to accuracy & adherence to deadlines.
