A phenomenal opportunity now exists for a high calibre and commercially focused Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, to work for a successful and investing SME media brand

This is an incredibly broad position, in which you will have the opportunity to directly support senior leadership and influence key business decision making.

We are seeking those who are driven and keen to really make a difference from a commercial perspective.

This role will work right across the P & L; both within the UK and internationally.

Key elements to the role will include the following:

  • Drive relevant financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analytical activities across the group
  • Manage cash flow analysis and forecasting
  • Directly support strategic decision making and highlight risks and opportunity to continue to maximise investment opportunities and continue to maximise further profitability
  • Own business partnering across the non-finance teams
  • Develop and propose relevant hedging strategies as well as investment opportunities

The role is best suited to those who possess a strong academic record; as well as formal accountancy qualification.

A minimum of 3/4 years relevant post qualified experience, gained within commercial finance / financial planning is essential.

Applicants must have a strong track record of success within commercial finance/ analysis and financial planning and analysis.

Ideally you will have gained experience in media, retail, ecommerce or consumer related industries.

  • Ability to thrive within a fast paced, SME growth environment, which is constantly developing and evolving in terms of systems, processes and business strategy
  • Those who possess strong IT skills and knowledge of AI/ enjoy systems development will also thrive within this role
