Tasks

  • Provide assistance with commercial issues within the project(s).
  • Assist in the preparation of internal commercial reporting and any other reports as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of Valuations / Applications for Payment, including all supporting documentation in accordance with the contract.
  • Identify commercial risks, opportunities, value engineering initiatives, and changes.
  • Assist in cost control and cost mitigation activities.
  • Apply cost allocation and coding structures in line with internal and external requirements.
  • Provide cost reports as required.
  • Input and post invoices.
  • Verify and process invoices against purchase order prices and delivered quantities.
  • Match purchase orders and delivery notes with invoices.
  • Ensure correct cost allocations against relevant codes.
  • Resolve invoice queries with suppliers.
  • Follow approval processes within required timeframes.
  • Perform financial administration duties, including invoice processing and cost tracking.
  • Resolve internal and external customer enquiries and escalate where necessary.
  • Provide a high standard of customer service in all communications with internal and external stakeholders.
