Senior Commercial Lawyer - Remote (UK), 5+ years PQE - Competitive salary - Flexible working
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial lawyer to become an integral part of the legal team supporting a major, fast-growing organisation. You'll work closely with its in-house lawyers on a varied mix of complex, technology-focused contracts and really get under the skin of the business. The role offers genuine variety, a high level of ownership and good work life balance and working pattern. The role is fully remote and they are open to full or part time applicants.

What you'll be doing
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex, cross-border commercial agreements, with a particular focus on technology
- Handling outsourcing, procurement and supplier contracts across a broad range of business areas
- Running matters end to end and acting as a trusted adviser to the business
- Using the latest AI and legal tech tools to work smarter day to day
- Advising on wider commercial and contractual questions as they arise
What you'll bring
- 5+ years PQE in commercial contracts, ideally with technology, outsourcing or IP experience
- Experience gained in-house, in private practice, or both
- Strong drafting skills and a practical, business-minded approach
- The confidence to work autonomously while collaborating closely with colleagues
