Your new role
You will join a highly regarded Commercial Litigation team, advising predominantly public sector clients on a broad range of complex disputes. The role will focus on public procurement challenges, contractual disputes, judicial review matters, construction-related issues, payment disputes, fire safety claims and termination disputes.

Working closely with partners and senior colleagues, you will take the lead on matters from an early stage, managing High Court litigation and alternative dispute resolution processes while building strong relationships with clients, counsel and experts. The role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the continued growth of a nationally recognised disputes practice.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE and strong experience handling commercial disputes. Experience of public procurement disputes and acting for public sector organisations is highly desirable.
