I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to take a leading commercial role across a portfolio of major renewable connection projects nationwide.
This is a senior leadership position suited to someone who has spent a significant period operating at a senior commercial level and is comfortable managing complex, high-value projects from a commercial and contractual perspective.

You’ll be responsible for providing strong commercial leadership across projects including:

- BESS / Battery Storage
- Data Centres
- Wind Farms
- Renewable energy and grid connection infrastructure
Projects typically ranging from £5m–£50m
What I'm Looking For
- Strong, established Senior Commercial Management / Commercial Leadership experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale renewable connection projects
- Background across BESS, data centres, wind farms or associated energy infrastructure
- FIDIC experience is essential
- JCT and NEC experience would be advantageous
- Strong experience managing lump-sum / fixed-price contracts
- Commercial responsibility across projects valued between £5m–£50m
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and commercial governance experience
- Ability to operate nationally across a portfolio of projects
- Midlands-based with flexibility for hybrid working and nationwide project coverage
