Role Description
As Senior Commercial Manager – Attractions, you will set and execute the commercial strategy for high-value strategic accounts and new partner acquisition across the Attractions portfolio. You will build and lead a high-performing team of commercial managers, providing direct line management, coaching, and strategic steering whilst collaborating closely with the wider Attractions team and our external partners. Operating as a senior leader and role model across the business, you will influence cross-functionally to ensure commercial goals are well understood and prioritized by key stakeholders.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Build and execute a market intelligence- and data-driven commercial strategy to deliver results for strategic accounts and new partner acquisition.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team, overseeing talent development and driving stretching account strategies.
- Ensure proper internal and external operating models are in place to meet compliance, ethics, and performance standards.
- Oversee commercial trading reporting to Senior Management and drive high-impact actions to improve overall portfolio performance.
- Represent Booking.com in partner visits, quarterly business reviews, and industry events to build strong regional tourism relationships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Marketing, Finance, Ops, and Insights teams to achieve organizational targets and OKRs.

Qualifications & Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Account Management or New Business roles, with 5+ years in a Manager role leading account management or business development teams.
- Background in the Attractions & Experiences industry is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional senior stakeholder management and commercial negotiation skills with a proven track record of cross-functional influence.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilities, with the ability to turn complex data into strategic insights.
- Solution-oriented, self-directed leader who drives a high-performance culture.
- AI-first mindset with demonstrable experience using AI to drive efficiencies within commercial operations.
- Strong experience in setting pricing strategies & driving tactical improvements.
- Experience in ownership & rolling out CRM tools.
- Professional fluency in English.
