Job Description
Join our team as a Senior Commercial Manager and play a key role in defining, executing, measuring, and continuously improving the commercial plans that support the delivery of our goals within your assigned sales channel. You'll work across the full portfolio of products and programmes sold to and used by our customers and partners within that channel.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, and review monthly, the commercial funnels based on the Growth & Win Plans that forecast the key commercial metrics (including units, £ACV, £ARR) we expect to achieve and outlines the assumptions made; by GTM and Product.
- Lead the daily, weekly and monthly review of performance vs. the commercial forecast: that identifies the root causes of performance and the opportunities to improve; enabling highly effective performance review discussions.
- Own, and continuously update, the commercial risks and opportunities log: to provide a real time view of future performance risks and improvement opportunities; enabling highly accurate commercial forecasts and discussions.
- Understand the customer base (volumes, movements, new adds, churn etc) and proactively manage planned customer contacts: to enable optimised delivery of the commercial forecast.
- Own the promotions plan (within strategy set by PMM) and lead the execution of all pricing and promotion activities: to both enable optimised delivery of the commercial forecast and to ensure pricing and promotion activities are executed to plan and quality.
- Work closely with the SSG team on migration and EOL plans.
- Designs, builds, operates, and continuously improves strong, robust, structured and simple processes that underpin customer and commercial planning.

Skills
- Proven experience in customer/commercial planning and development.
- Strong track record of building and operating robust processes.
- Strong track record of building growth strategies and plans – and effectively executing these across multi-functional teams to achieve strong results.
- Excellent people leadership skills – able to instil trust, belief, and confidence in a distributed team.
- Continually thinking outside the box and looking for additionally revenue opportunities.
- Thrives when working in a matrix environment, where colleagues need to be supported, driven, influenced to deliver even bigger results.
- Strong communication and writing skills in English and ability to work across business lines, presenting to senior leadership and at different levels of management.
- Ability to take large data sets & deliver recommendations & insights.
- Strong team player with proven ability to lead through influence.
- Proven skills managing multiple projects with very tight deadlines.
