Senior Commercial Manager – Airline Catering

West Drayton (near Heathrow)

We’re gategroup, the people behind the food on board. We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to own our relationship with one of the most prestigious carriers in the sky. It’s a flagship account, and you’d be the name they ask for when they need us!

What you’ll be doing

  • Running the account end to end: the contract, budgets, profitability, SLAs and CPI
  • Leading monthly performance reviews and business reviews with senior people on both sides of the table
  • Fronting menu presentations and pricing submissions, from the first pitch to the final sign-off
  • Working with our chefs, operations, procurement and finance teams to turn ideas into trays that fly
  • Taking the lead on contract renewals and tenders alongside the Commercial Director
  • Keeping the numbers honest: forecasts, invoicing, revenue outlook against budget
  • Asking “why do we do it this way?” and then fixing it

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
