MiCiM is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join our growing team, focusing on the commercial management of complex data centre projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven leader who thrives in fast-paced, technically challenging environments and wants to shape strong commercial outcomes from procurement through to final account.
This role:
- Working closely with project, client, subcontractor, and senior leadership teams, you’ll oversee commercial strategy, financial performance, contract administration, risk management, and reporting across high-value project packages or full project portfolios.
- Leading commercial and financial management across complex construction projects.
- Overseeing cost reporting, forecasting, CVRs, and commercial governance.
- Managing procurement strategy, tender reviews, and subcontractor appointments.
- Driving change control, valuations, payment processes, and final account agreements.
- Providing commercial leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project commercial teams.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Significant commercial management experience within construction.
- A strong track record managing costs, contracts, procurement, and commercial risk.
- Confidence leading commercial strategy, reporting, and stakeholder conversations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
- Experience in data centres, mission-critical, MEP, fit-out, or technically complex projects would be highly advantageous.
