The role
As the Senior Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of key Foodservice and Manufacturing customers, with full responsibility for delivering sustainable and profitable growth. Managing customer P&Ls, you will develop and execute account strategies that drive revenue, margin, and long-term customer partnerships.

This is a highly commercial role requiring an individual who can combine strong relationship management with the ability to identify growth opportunities, negotiate effectively, and deliver measurable business results. You will work closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Category teams to develop customer plans, execute strategic initiatives, and maximise commercial performance across your accounts.
The role will suit someone who enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment, has experience navigating complex customer relationships, and can demonstrate a track record of delivering growth within Foodservice and/or B2B Manufacturing channels.
Recent business growth provides excellent opportunities for career development and progression within a dynamic and ambitious organisation.
The ideal fit
- Proven experience operating as a National Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or equivalent commercial role.
- Experience identifying, winning, and developing new commercial opportunities alongside managing existing business.
- Demonstrable success managing and growing strategic customer accounts, with clear examples of delivering sales, revenue, and profit growth.
- Experience managing customer P&Ls and making commercially driven decisions.
- Strong understanding of the UK Foodservice sector.
- Experience working within a B2B food manufacturing environment and selling either finished products, ingredients, or value-added food solutions.
- Ability to build relationships at multiple levels within customer organisations while maintaining a strong commercial focus.
- Experience leading customer negotiations and annual trading agreements.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously.

Salary: Up to £75,000 plus, car allowance, bonus, and an attractive benefits package.
Location: Remote – UK travel when required to customers.
