Senior Commercial Manager – QSR
Location: Home/Hybrid
Salary: £70-80k + car or allowance + bonus + benefits
We’re partnering with an award-winning food manufacturer that is entering an exciting phase of growth and looking for a talented Senior Commercial Manager to drive its QSR channel forward.
This is a high-profile commercial role with responsibility for developing major QSR customers, unlocking new opportunities and delivering profitable growth. You’ll have the freedom to shape the channel strategy while working closely with talented teams across innovation, operations, finance and supply chain.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and growing strategic QSR customer relationships
- Creating ambitious customer plans that deliver sustainable growth
- Identifying new business and product development opportunities
- Leading commercial negotiations, tenders and pricing
- Building strong relationships with senior customer contacts
- Working closely with innovation teams to bring exciting new concepts to market
- Managing forecasts, budgets, margins and account profitability

What we’re looking for:
- Strong commercial experience within food manufacturing
- Experience managing major QSR or foodservice customers
- A proven record of growing complex, high-value accounts
- Confidence negotiating and influencing at a senior level
- A commercially sharp, ambitious and collaborative approach
