Senior Commercial Manager - Foodservice
We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Commercial Manager to drive growth within our Foodservice channel, identifying new opportunities, winning new business and building long-term customer partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and develop new routes to market, customers and growth opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across the Foodservice sector
- Generate and convert a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
- Develop and deliver Joint Business Plans to drive sales and margin growth
- Manage customer performance, forecasting and commercial KPIs
- Work closely with Marketing, NPD, Operations and Commercial teams to deliver winning customer solutions
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer performance to identify opportunities and risks
- Lead promotional planning and evaluate effectiveness to maximise return on investment

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales or Key Account Management
- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and winning new business
- Excellent relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills
- Commercial mindset with strong forecasting and planning capability
- Ability to influence stakeholders and challenge the status quo
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach with a passion for growth
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel
