How you’ll make an impact:
As our Senior Commercial Marketing Manager, you'll lead the planning, development, and execution of strategic marketing programs that support Travelport's commercial priorities across our Travelport-operated markets.
Reporting to the Deputy Head of Commercial Marketing, you'll lead the planning, development, and execution of strategic marketing programs that support Travelport's global commercial priorities across our Travelport-operated markets. Working closely with Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand, Digital, PR, Sales Enablement, and regional teams, you'll translate global commercial priorities into integrated marketing programs that drive business growth, strengthen market engagement, and create measurable commercial impact.
This global role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. We're looking for an experienced B2B marketer who is equally comfortable shaping campaign strategy, leading cross-functional initiatives, driving demand generation programs, and using data to optimize marketing performance.
While demand generation forms an important part of the role, this role is looking at a broad portfolio of strategic marketing programs that evolve alongside Travelport's commercial priorities.
As Travelport continues to embrace AI-enabled ways of working, you'll be encouraged to leverage emerging technologies, including generative AI and large language models (LLMs), to improve marketing effectiveness, accelerate execution, and support smarter decision-making.

Lead the planning and execution of strategic marketing programs that support Travelport's commercial priorities across our global agency markets. You'll translate business objectives into integrated marketing initiatives that drive commercial growth, support vertical marketing, and adapt as business priorities evolve.

Integrated campaign leadership
Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that engage agency audiences across multiple channels. You'll activate global brand and product campaigns for prospect and selected customer audiences while ensuring consistent execution and measurable commercial impact.

Demand generation & funnel optimization
Lead strategic demand generation initiatives that generate a qualified pipeline and strengthen marketing's contribution to commercial growth. You'll develop and optimize lead nurturing programs that engage prospects throughout the buyer journey, improving lead quality, conversion, and funnel performance. Using HubSpot, you'll build, optimize, and report on campaigns, audience segmentation, automation, and marketing performance to drive continuous improvement.

Commercial marketing strategy
Partner closely with commercial teams to understand evolving business priorities and translate them into effective marketing strategies and programs. You'll support commercial growth and retention through strategic campaigns, vertical marketing initiatives, and marketing recommendations based on performance insights.

Cross-functional collaboration
Work collaboratively with Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand, Digital, PR, Sales Enablement, and Commercial teams around the world to deliver integrated marketing programs. You'll build strong stakeholder relationships and help align teams behind shared commercial objectives.

Data-driven decision making
Measure campaign performance using HubSpot and other reporting tools, turning data into actionable insights that optimize marketing effectiveness and demonstrate commercial impact.

Strategic planning
Support in shaping future marketing priorities, identifying opportunities for innovation, and continuously evolving Travelport's strategic marketing capabilities.
Could this be you?
Essential
- Significant experience in B2B marketing within SaaS, enterprise software, cloud technology, APIs, or similar technology environments.
- Proven experience leading integrated commercial marketing programs from strategy through execution.
- Strong experience developing and optimizing demand generation campaigns, with a solid understanding of modern B2B marketing principles.
- Hands-on experience using HubSpot for campaign execution, audience segmentation, workflows, and reporting.
- Experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and collaborating with central functions to execute.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across Commercial, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable commercial recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered tools, including generative AI and large language models (LLMs), to enhance marketing strategy, content development, campaign execution, research, and productivity.
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple strategic priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Preferred
- Experience marketing complex B2B technology solutions, including SaaS platforms, APIs, cloud technologies, or enterprise software.
- Experience working across international markets and collaborating with global teams.
- Understanding of complex B2B buying journeys and enterprise sales environments.
- Experience supporting strategic marketing initiatives that span multiple audiences, regions, or business functions.
- Travel industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
