This well-known consumer marketplace is hiring a Senior Commercial Pricing Manager to help improve pricing performance, customer conversion and trading margin across a complex digital proposition.

The work sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, analytics and product development. You’ll partner closely with colleagues across commercial, product, engineering and data to develop scalable systems and approaches that support sustainable growth and profitability.

What they’re looking for

  • Experience in pricing, revenue optimisation, commercial strategy, trading, growth, or a similarly analytical commercial role.
  • Strong commercial judgement, particularly around price, demand, conversion, revenue and margin trade-offs.
  • The ability to use data and modelling to turn complex problems into practical recommendations.
  • Experience with experimentation or A/B testing is useful.
  • Confidence working with a range of stakeholders and influencing decisions without direct authority.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make analysis accessible to non-specialists.
  • A structured, detail-oriented approach and willingness to take ownership in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI would be beneficial.
