About Us

Every large industrial company is trying to make better decisions with the data it already owns. Most hit the same wall. Strategy lives in one system, sales in another, the market model in a consultant's spreadsheet, and the plan in a deck nobody has opened since the offsite. By the time a regional head knows a segment has moved, the quarter is gone. The data exists. It just never arrives anywhere a decision is being made.

STRATOS was built to solve this problem. We work with global B2B companies to synchronize strategy and execution and ensure commercial success is driven by potential, not gut feel or old data.

STRATOS is a category-defining, rapidly growing startup funded extensively by high-profile investors (e.g., Accel) and trusted by nearly a dozen global industrial leaders and Fortune 500 customers. Our software integrates complex datasets into a unified solution, combining deep data integration, best-in-class workflows, and cutting-edge generative AI.

Tasks

The role. As a Senior Commercial Product Manager, you own a portfolio of our most important customers. You are responsible for the success of each deployment, for the value it creates for the customer, and for growing the relationship from initial pilot to organisation-wide rollout. You work directly with their C-suite and sales leadership to understand their business model, their commercial priorities, and where untapped growth potential lies across their markets, segments and accounts.

You translate those priorities into what STRATOS delivers. You define what the solution needs to do, work with our engineers to make sure it gets built right, and bring the results back to the customer's decision-makers. You bridge two worlds: the customer's commercial reality and our product.

Your responsibility doesn't end at go-live. You stay at the customer's side as they put the solution to work: challenging their thinking, helping them act on what the data shows, and making sure the impact is visible in their results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This role suits someone who wants to own outcomes rather than just recommend them. Beyond your own accounts, you help shape the direction of STRATOS – what we build, how we deploy it and how we grow.

The roles you'll play

  • Trusted advisor to the C-suite — work directly with executive teams and sales leadership on where to play, how to win, and how to organise and steer a sales force. You are the person they call before they decide, not after.
  • Owner of the customer, end to end — from first pilot to multi-country rollout, the deployment, the relationship and the results are yours. Our engineers build it; you decide what gets built and you stand behind whether it worked.
  • Commercial owner of your portfolio — you are responsible for its growth: expansion into new use cases and new markets, and the judgement of when a customer is ready for more and when they are not.
  • Product manager for your market — you translate what you see across your customers into our roadmap, define what gets built, and own it with engineering through to release.
  • Builder of the function — you shape how STRATOS deploys and scales: the standards, the tooling and the people. Senior CPMs coach the CPMs around them.

Requirements

Who this is for. We hire for commercial judgement and the credibility to hold a room of executives. That does not come from one background, and we are open about where yours comes from.

What we're actually looking for:

  • You have owned a complex piece of work end to end — scoping it, aligning stakeholders who disagreed, delivering it, and being accountable for whether it worked. We're interested in people who ran the engagement, not only staffed it.
  • You can hold your own with a commercial director who has run their business for twenty years and change their mind with evidence rather than seniority.
  • You do your own analysis. You are comfortable in the data, and you'd rather check the number yourself than take it from a slide.
  • You can explain something complicated to someone non-technical without making them feel stupid.
  • You are genuinely interested in how industrial businesses make money — pricing, channels, sales coverage, market structure.
  • You want to be somewhere your decisions are visible. At our size, the roadmap changes because of what you bring back.
