A bit about the job:

You'll join our Commercial Property Claims team, where we support business customers when they need us most. You'll manage larger and more complex commercial property claims, helping customers recover quickly and confidently after unexpected events. Your expertise will help us deliver fair outcomes, control claim costs, and meet our regulatory responsibilities. Alongside managing claims, you'll support colleagues by sharing your knowledge and helping build technical capability across the team. You'll be accountable for delivering excellent customer experiences while maintaining high technical standards and strong business performance.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Strong commercial property insurance experience.
  • Good understanding of insurance principles, policy coverage, and claims handling practices.
  • Experience managing complex or high-value property claims.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting colleagues to develop their capability.
