The Opportunity

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including agricultural businesses, commercial landlords, and developers, within a supportive and collaborative environment.

As a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor, you will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leasehold transactions, landlord and tenant matters, and development work. The role offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your career while gaining exposure to varied and high-quality work.

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, guiding clients through complex transactions, and delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will be an accomplished fee earner with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development and growing their own client base.

This position is available at either the Bridgwater or Yeovil office.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in Commercial Property law.
  • Experience in agricultural property, or a strong interest in the sector, would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive within a small, growing team.
  • Capable of managing a varied caseload independently.
  • Ambitious and motivated to contribute to the continued growth and success of the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' commercial property experience.
  • Valid Practising Certificate.
  • Full UK work authorisation.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Ability to reliably commute to, or relocate to, Bridgwater TA6 4RR.

Location

  • Hybrid working
  • Bridgwater TA6 4RR (with the option to work from the Yeovil office)
