An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly respected Commercial Property team in London.
The team advises an established client base comprising investors, landlords, occupiers, and businesses on a wide range of commercial property and asset management matters. This position offers exposure to high-quality work whilst providing the autonomy and responsibility expected at this level.

The Role:
- Handling a broad range of commercial property transactions across acquisitions and disposals
- Advising landlords and tenants on lease negotiations and portfolio management matters
- Managing asset management work for a varied commercial property client base
- Drafting and negotiating leases, licences, easements, and ancillary property documentation
- Providing commercially focused advice to investors, occupiers, and corporate clients
- Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor on day-to-day property matters
- Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued success of the team

The Candidate:
- Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE
- Strong technical experience covering landlord & tenant, acquisitions, and disposals work
- Experience advising a broad commercial client base
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Commercially focused with a practical approach to problem-solving
- Strong relationship-building skills and client-facing confidence
- Ambitious with a genuine interest in developing their career further
