Senior Commercial Real Estate Lawyer
My client, a Leading Global Organisation based in Oxford (with hybrid working) is looking to hire a Senior Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to join its prestigious legal team.
Role Overview
Reporting into the Head of Legal for Real Estate, with autonomy to run your own case load (with support from the Head of Legal, Real Estate when and if required), your responsibilities will include:
- Take primary responsibility for some of the Global Organisation's most valuable and interesting real estate transactions
- Drafting and negotiating key transactional real estate documentation including sale and purchase agreements, agreements for lease, licences and development agreements
- Play a key role in developing networks and managing relationships with external lawyers
- Helping to shape strategic decisions and policies around real estate

The ideal candidate will likely be an experienced Commercial Real Estate Lawyer, working in a leading City or regional law firm, well known for Commercial Real Estate. Or you will have already moved in-house as a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer looking for your next challenge. You will enjoy working autonomously (with support as required) and act as a mentor to others in the team.
