An established and well regarded law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join its growing team in Bishop's Stortford.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Solicitor to work on high value commercial property matters while taking on greater responsibility for client relationships, business development and mentoring junior colleagues.
Typical Duties
- Managing a varied caseload of complex commercial property transactions with a high level of autonomy.
- Working closely with Partners on significant matters while maintaining responsibility for your own clients and files.
- Supervising and supporting junior members of the team.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to business development activities.
- Providing commercially focused legal advice with sound technical expertise and judgement.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 6+ years' PQE in Commercial Property.
- Experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions independently.
- Strong technical knowledge combined with excellent commercial awareness.
- A collaborative approach with experience mentoring or supervising junior colleagues.
- Excellent communication, client management and relationship building skills.
