Senior Commercial Relationship & Performance Manager
£80m Technology Transformation | 12-Month Fixed Term Contract | Remote (UK based)
This is a senior supplier performance role at the heart of an £80m technology transformation programme.
You’ll take the commercial lead across key strategic suppliers, including the programme’s main Systems Integration Partner, ensuring they deliver against contractual commitments, on time, to quality and within agreed commercial terms.

This is about more than managing relationships. You’ll need the commercial strength to challenge sophisticated suppliers, hold them to account and use contractual levers when performance falls short, while maintaining positive, productive partnerships.
We’re Looking For Someone With
- Significant supplier performance management experience
- Strong experience across large-scale technology/change programmes
- The ability to read, understand and interpret complex contracts and translate them into measurable deliverables
- Strong knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, service credits, remedies, change control and escalation
- The confidence and gravitas to challenge senior suppliers and engage C-suite stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
