As our industry continues to develop, so do we! We are now looking for a Senior Commercial Sales Manager (Scour) to lead and coordinate our commercial activities within scour protection and help develop this growing area of our business.
What will you do?
As our new Senior Commercial Sales Manager, you will manage and coordinate sales activities for our Scour Department, working both directly with developers and in close collaboration with our Foundation T&I teams when scour protection forms part of a wider scope. You will be a key commercial interface towards clients throughout the sales process, from early engagement and pre-qualification through tendering, negotiation and contract signature.
Your main tasks include:
- Lead scour tenders from initial client engagement and ITT review through proposal development, internal approval, negotiation and contract signature.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted commercial partner, understanding their needs and developing tailored solutions together with relevant internal teams.
- Define tender strategies and coordinate commercial and technical deliverables across Scour, Foundation Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Finance and other relevant stakeholders.
- Take ownership of proposals, including pricing, cost calculations, programmes, qualifications, deviations and commercial and technical risk assessments.
- Lead client clarification meetings and contract negotiations, ensuring alignment on expectations, deliverables and appropriate risk allocation.
- Ensure a structured handover to the project organisation following contract award and bring lessons learned into future tenders.
- Identify new clients, markets and business opportunities globally while contributing to long-term pipeline planning and supporting the development of other team members.

To succeed in this role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven profile who combines strong commercial judgement with a solid understanding of technically complex offshore projects. You are structured, collaborative and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, and you are comfortable taking ownership of complex tenders and negotiations.
We think you will be a good match if you:
- Hold a BSc or MSc in engineering, business, commercial disciplines or another relevant field.
- Have solid experience within offshore wind, EPCI, T&I, oil & gas or a comparable industry, including at least five years in a commercially focused role.
- Have good knowledge of offshore T&I projects, complex tender processes and contract negotiations.
- Bring strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand technical information and translate it into commercial solutions.
- Are a confident communicator and relationship builder who can influence stakeholders, navigate negotiations and collaborate across functions.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint, and communicate fluently in written and spoken English.
