The firm

A leading UK law firm are seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their office in London.

Role

You will join a highly ranked technology team supporting clients in all aspects of technology projects and law. Clients include major US, European and Indian-headquartered technology vendors as well as technology sector clients. You will also advise corporates and institutions in the Financial Services, Energy, Transport, Utilities, Real Estate, Defence, Public, Retail and Health sectors.

Work will involve the following:

  • Digital transformation projects
  • Outsourcing and procurement projects
  • Software and technology licensing
  • Technology and digital advisory matters
  • Cyber and data security
  • Data Protection and ePrivacy
  • Innovation
  • Artificial intelligence
  • Commercial collaborations

Candidate

Please apply if you have a minimum of 6 years PQE in commercial contracts within a recognised practice. You must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer.

Strong experience advising on technology, commercial, outsourcing, procurement, digital transformation, software licensing, data protection or cyber-related matters is essential.
